Technical communicators have an increasing number of tools and
approaches to choose from to deliver content to meet the needs of
diverse and targeted audiences. How do we know we are meeting the
needs of our audiences and delivering the right content, at the right
time, in the right format?
User personas are a methodology that can help ensure the information
model maps directly to the work and information use model of each user
audience.
